Profiterole Trifle

Profiterole Trifle

This dessert is pure decadence. A dessert lovers paradise! Pockets of airy profiteroles filled with sweet cream and drenched in smooth custard.

This dessert is ideal for your Eid table if you are looking for something different to impress your guests.

It does involve a little more work in making the eclairs, but the end result is definitely worthid. You don’t have to use all the prepared eclairs for the dessert if you prefer your dessert to be moist. Eclairs stay well in an airtight container. You could also make half the recipe as well.

This dessert is a favourite amongst adults and kids and you could decorate it any way you like.

Hope you enjoy!!
