When I came across this recipe, I knew it would be enjoyed by my family. If you enjoy falafel and all things middle eastern, you will love these little cheesy chickpea nuggets.
They are really simple to make as long as you have all the ingredients on hand. The unique roasting and spicing of the chickpeas before adding them to the mixture takes these golden nuggets to a whole new level. They are baked, making them healthy and they are gluten free as well, ideal for the banting and paleo diet followers.

These chickpea bites would make a great appetizer in Ramadan or a light lunch addition and can be served with any dip or sauce of your choice. For something a little more fancy, Drizzle them with sriracha mayonnaise and serve in lettuce cups.
