Avocado Chilli Chocolate Mousse

Avocado Chilli Chocolate Mousse

Avocadoes are full in season at the moment and the supermarkets are overflowing with them. I keep at least half a dozen in my kitchen at all times, my entire family loves them and they make an excellent and nutritious baby puree as well, just blended with a little milk and honey.

I love avocadoes as they can be used in sweet and savoury dishes. Keep following for more avocado inspired recipes! Check my Instagram feed for more creative ideas using avocadoes.

This avocado mousse is just a re-invention and an improvement of my avocado chocolate mousse which was on the blog earlier.

This time I swopped regular dark chocolate for chili chocolate, which just added a hint of chili after each creamy spoonful.

This dessert is healthy and perfect for people who are on the Banting or paleo diets.

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120g Lindt chili dark chocolate melted
  • Whipped greek yoghurt and cayenne pepper

Directions :
