I’m sure all of you look for easy, quick prep and quick clean up foods to make over the weekends. These pizza nachos are the answer.
They are packed with loads of flavour, crunch and they are easy to make and easy to eat too. Who doesn’t love nachos?????
Please feel free to add any extras that you like to this dish e.g. Tomatoes, green peppers, olives, avocadoes, chicken or beef.

Pizza nachos
Preparation time : 30 minutes
Ingredients :
- 1/2 packet original plain nacho chips
- Homemade or store bought tomato salsa
- 1/2 sachet potato bake in sour cream and chives flavour
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup milk
- Grated cheese
- Chopped spring onions
Directions:
Place nachos chips evenly in a single layer in a casserole dish.
Place in a preheated 100 degree celsius oven to stay warm and crisp.
Prepare the potato bake sachet by mixing it with the milk and water and whisking until a thick sauce forms.
Remove chips from the oven. Dollop on the salsa and drizzle over the sauce. Sprinkle cheese and spring onions and place in oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Grill to Brown the top of the nachos.
These nachos would make a perfect accompaniment to a meat dish or as a barbecue side dish.
