Beef Vegetable Stew

Beef Vegetable Stew

I love to try out new food combinations for my little one. It is very important he eats a balanced diet which includes all food groups.

As he is getting older, I can expose him to a wider variety of foods and flavours. As he is now one-year old, his immune and digestive systems are now stronger and hardy.

He can now be introduced to cows milk, corn, wheat, berries, honey and eggs. This variety now gives me the opportunity to be more creative with his meals.

This beef stew is a perfect and hearty winters meal. it includes a protein, carbohydrate and an assortment of vegetables. Give this stew a try as a meal for your toddler. You can choose the consistency of the stew depending on the age and chewing capability of your little one !
