- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- ½ red onion, chopped
- Handful of rosa tomatoes, diced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp Cajun spice
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander
- Ready made sev to garnish
Mix all the ingredients together except the sev. Spoon into individual serving bowls and garnish generously with sev.
